You can access the Edit Profile options by clicking on the Profile Icon. Alternatively, you can hover your mouse on the icon to reveal options including the ability to safely login and logout.
Albeit it you are an InkSoft Admin, you still have / need a 'User Account'. You can edit your profile to update your name and to update your password.
Your 'Order History' is available to manage test / faux orders.
In the License & Billing area you can manage how you pay for your InkSoft monthly service fee. You can use a Debit / Credit card or use a ACH eCheck payment method. You MUST have a current payment method enabled in order to use InkSoft.
You can update or change this at any time.
If you are a Shopworx user, you can access Shopworx integration for $9.99 per month. This will allow you to record orders place in InkSoft and sync with Shopworx.
You can also purchase store packs, if you would like to have more than licensed limit.
We store a record of your agreement to the InkSoft End User License Agreement (EULA) and make it available for your review if you click on User Agreement
You can choose to receive email notifications for new orders received and orders shipped. You can sent to multiple receivers by comma separating email addresses.
