Screen Print Pricing

Print pricing overview:

Here you can create unlimited Screen Print Pricing structures. InkSoft allows you to associate print pricing structures to products. This allows you to ensure your print pricing is perfectly aligned to each product / production process.

InkSoft's most common pricing model is to add the customer product price to the print price.

InkSoft's print pricing methodology is straightforward: You create levels of pricing for each quantity range. See the guided steps below for more insight:

Pricing Options

To access Pricing Options go to Pricing > Pricing Options.

  1. Go to Printing Capabilities.
  2. Check on Vector-Only Printing and Set your Maximum Print Colors per design. Most people do the number that they print most often for online sales. If you have a 12 color press, it does not mean you have to put 12 here.
  3. Go to Minimums.
  4. Set your Vector (screen print) minimum. This is the quantity that you start screenprinting. Most users start at a minimum of 6, 12, 24, or even 72 - it all depends on your business. Your grid will start on this number.
  5. Save your changes.

Screen Print Pricing - Default Grid

To access Pricing Options go to Pricing > Pricing Options.

1. Fill out your Quantity Breaks.  Discounts apply as more quantity is purchased. Set the minimum and maximum for each level. NOTE: Levels must consider the last max number. 2. Fill out your Name and Team Number Price. Enter the price for each name and number. NOTE: You can display names and numbers pricing on a per product basis.

Setup charges will be divided by the quantity selected. For example if a shopper buys 48 products and there is a $25 setup based on the number of colors / quantity selected then InkSoft would apply .52 cents to each products.

Screen Print - Adding Another Grid

PRO TIP: If you price differently for Light garments versus Dark garments - We recommend that you make your Light grid your secondary grid. In the event that you do not sort your colors and assign a grid, we would rather it charge Dark pricing for you. This means you would treat the "Default" Screen Print Pricing grid as your Dark grid.

1.  Enter your Grid Name.

2.  Fill out how many breaks you need.

3.  Click Add Pricing Model.

4.  Add your values like above and be sure to hit save!
